It is located far west between Miami and Homestead.

Makos RC Field is located in the far southwest corner of a very large farm field.  It is on a dirt road, but the best way to drive there is on the paved road, which is to enter from SW 217 AVE and SW 252 ST, drive to the very end, and make a right turn (north), drive 1/4 miles and you will run right into the entrance gate.

Here are step by step directions if you are driving from Miami or Fort Lauderdale.   First go west to Krome Avenue.  Once you get to Krome turn left to go SOUTH.  You will drive south on Krome avenue past Miami but not quite to Homestead, when you get to SW 232 street, you will turn right ( WEST ) and continue for several miles almost to the end of the road, where you get to SW 217 AVE.  Make a Left ( SOUTH ) and drive for about 1 mile until you get to SW 252 Street, turn right ( WEST ) and drive for about 1 mile until you get to the very end of the road.  At the end, turn Right ( NORTH ) and drive for about 1/4 mile until you see the fenced in area of Makos Field to the left with a black gate, thats it !!!
