An Alternate Universe - 128k Digital ISDN Access
Not the best buy on the board but the only alternative to dial-up access for certain areas. Some islands have no DSL infrastructure and may never have it. Our Wireless Broadband infrastructure is a five year project. Laws of physics make satellite access an 800 millisecond trip, unwieldy at best.
