A Few Notes about our Billing Policies
For dial-up access accounts, your first bill includes a $25 one-time set-up fee, plus a prorated amount for your first month's service, starting on the day you signed up with TerraNovaNet.

Invoices are due on receipt and are subject to a late fee of $5 if we do not receive your payment by the 15th of the month. Accounts over 45 days past due will experience an interruption in service until the account is brought up to date. Accounts over 90 days past due will be referred to our collection agency and will be liable for a $25 accounting fee plus all collection agency fees

If you plan on being out of the area for more than a month, please give us a call or send an email ahead of time. We'll switch your account to Inactive status. Then, when you return, all you need to do is give us a call to reactivate. You will not be charged the $25 set-up fee when you reactive your account. However, if you inactivate after the first of the month, you will be charged for the entire month of service. Before you go, ask one of our customer service reps how to access your email using our Webmail feature.

If at any time you wish to cancel your service with TerraNovaNet, be sure to contact us by phone, email, snailmail or FAX. You will continue to be billed for service unless you specifically ask us to cancel your account, even if your account is disabled for nonpayment.

You may switch your billing method at any time. The options available to you include credit card billing (MasterCard, Visa or Discover) or printed statement. You may also choose monthly, quarterly, bi-annual or annual billing. We do offer a discount for annual billing, so let us know if this is the method you'd prefer.
